This service is provided to clients who perhaps have some outline knowledge or experience of construction and refurbishment, and want guidance only on the main structures of the building. This involves an inspection of the main roofs and roof voids, walls, floors, cellars (if applicable), and inspections for damp, beetle and fungal infestation.
